The Practice of Letting Go
In life, there are many things that we are tied to and unable to let go of. Toxic relationships, poor habits and routines, and even limiting beliefs that we hold about ourselves.
Letting go of something that you’ve become accustomed to for so long can be quite a challenge, even if you’re fully aware that the necessary baggage that you continue to hold onto servers no beneficial purpose in your life.
Choosing to let go of something takes a great deal of courage and we often intentionally live with our problems because we are afraid to move past them. We subject ourselves to so much misery and unhappiness because we are unable to cut ties.

Just like learning a new skill takes a dedicated effort of continuously learning and practicing in order to become better, life too requires conscious choices and a desire to improve. Only through progressing in the right direction can you advance your current situations in your life.
