In the words of renowned psychologist Carl Jung, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

According to Jung, every individual carries a shadow within them, and the extent to which this shadow is integrated into one’s conscious life determines its darkness and density.

This notion invites us to delve into a thought-provoking contemplation:

Who are we at this very moment?

Human beings are complex creatures with multifaceted identities, influenced by a myriad of factors such as upbringing, culture, experiences, and beliefs.

Throughout our lives, we are often shaped and molded by external forces, societal expectations, and the influence of others.

However, buried beneath these layers of conditioning lies our authentic self, waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.

Embracing one’s true self requires a courageous exploration of one’s inner landscape. It necessitates a willingness to confront the shadow, those aspects of ourselves that we may find uncomfortable or undesirable.

Jung believed that the more we repress or deny these shadow elements, the more they grow in intensity, casting a darker and denser shadow over our lives.
