You Have a Purpose, You Just Have to Find It
We are all born with some kind of destiny planted deep down within our souls. An ultimate purpose that we are intended to fulfill at some point during the course of our lives.
The question isn’t whether or not your existence has a greater meaning or purpose, but whether or not you choose to pursue it.
Too often in life we get stuck going through the motions, simply living on autopilot. We fall subject to our normal routines and lose sight of our inner calling.
One of my biggest fears is that I reach the end of my life and realize that I failed to uncover precisely what I was put here to do. That I look back and discover that, rather than pursuing what I was destined to do, I lived a life that was insignificant.
While it may not always feel like it, your life does have a purpose. This purpose isn’t something that the universe always makes apparent, but rather something you must discover on your own.
In the words of Barbara Hall, “The path to our destination is not always a straight one. We go down the wrong road, we get lost, we turn back. Maybe it doesn’t matter which road we embark on. Maybe what matters is that we embark.”
Don’t give up on finding your purpose. It exists. You just have to find it.
